Save The Date

The Mercy Medical Center Merced Foundations is preparing to host its biennial gala event on Saturday, September 29, 2007. This year’s event is "Sentimental Journey" and will be held at Castle Air Museum.

Since 1985, the Foundation has held this gala to assist Mercy Medical Center in keeping pace with expanding need for medical equipment and services in our local communities. The event has become one of Merced’s preeminent charitable events, and its enthusiastic reception has meant more than $667,000 dollars for Mercy Medical Center and the community.

Tickets are $150 per person or $2,500 to sponsor a table of ten. For more information about supporting this event, call (209) 384-6734.

Campaigns
The Heritage Club
The Heritage Club was established in 1992 to provide a permanent source of funding for programs to benefit Mercy Medical Center Merced through annual membership contributions and the development of long-term giving bequests. The Heritage Club offers both education and information about the hospital, retirement planning, and charitable giving in order to develop "people with a passion" for quality local healthcare services. Membership in the Heritage Club is on an annual basis; cost is $100 per family or individual.

"A Star Is Born" Baby Wall of Fame
"A Star Is Born" Baby Wall of Fame located adjacent to our Maternity Services Department is a great way to honor a special baby born at Mercy. It's a colorful display of a rainbow and silver stars, each one inscribed with a child's name and date of birth. Cost of the star is $100, and all monies go to provide maternity and pediatric care equipment.

The Tree of Life
The Tree of Life represents cumulative gifts starting at $500. Cumulative gifts totaling $2,000 or more are recognized on our Benefactor Wall adjacent to the Tree of Life. This memorial project not only remains a symbol of Mercy Medical Center's growth within the community, but reflects the hospital's dedication to life through a commitment to provide both quality and compassionate health care
